GigChat Terms and Conditions

GigChat is a conversational service assistant that allows users to request and manage services by SMS or WhatsApp. By using GigChat, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Use of Service

Users may send messages to GigChat to request services, ask scheduling questions, confirm bookings, receive service updates, and communicate with customer support.

SMS Consent and Messaging Terms

By sending an SMS message to GigChat, you agree to receive conversational and transactional SMS messages related to your service requests. Messages may include scheduling questions, service summaries, booking confirmations, service updates, and customer support replies.

Message frequency may vary depending on your requests and activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Transactional Messages Only

GigChat only sends messages related to user-initiated service requests. Messages are not marketing or promotional messages.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message. You can opt back in by replying START.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate information when requesting services, including names, addresses, dates, times, pickup details, drop-off details, pet information, and service preferences.

Service Availability

GigChat may help coordinate service requests, but availability of services, providers, appointments, transportation, deliveries, or other requested tasks is not guaranteed until confirmed.

Prohibited Use

Users may not use GigChat to request illegal, unsafe, abusive, fraudulent, or prohibited services.

Privacy

Use of GigChat is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page.
